What are your fees?
Every project is different. We typically determine fees on a per project basis. A quote will be provided.

What is included?
Fees include research, telephone discussions, copywriting, graphics if applicable, and one round of copy revisions. On-site meetings will be charged at an hourly rate. Stock graphics will be an extra charge. Or, comps will be added and you can provide matching stock graphics from an account you manage. Deliverables will be identified as part of the Statement Of Work (SOW).

Is a deposit required?
Yes. An initial deposit of 50% is required prior to commencement of a project. The balance is due upon completion of services.

Is a contract required?
Yes. Contentivate requires a signed Letter of Agreement confirming the business arrangement provided by Contentivate within a Statement Of Work (SOW).

Do I own all rights to copy created by Contentivate for me?
You own all rights to the copy and graphics created for you by Contentivate (exclusive of stock graphics governed by their own licensing agreements), once engagement fees for the project have been paid in full.
